It does not fully fit under the hood [CA] Apply for approval by submitting application and oven specific for review and approval to this department. You may visit ehinfo.org for more information or contact our plan check unit at dehplancheck@deh.sccgov.org or call 408-918-3400. I spoke with Maria Escobar of Sodexo who is handling the oven installation and explained to her the requirements.
