Restrooms are missing soap inside of mounted soap dispensers at the time of inspection. Per PIC, the shipment they have ordered has not arrived yet. [CA] Provide hand washing cleanser in dispenser at hand wash stations at all times. [SA] Facility has a hand pump soap dispenser next to hand wash stations
