Hand wash station within the mens restroom is missing soap at the time of inspection. [CA] Hand wash stations must be fully stocked at all times.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

The three front drains floor sinks of the facility are clogged at the time of inspection. All other sinks within the facility (3-Compartment, mop, hand wash) are draining properly. [CA] Have floors sinks addressed by plummer to unclog. [SA] Contractor is on site at the time of inspection. A follow up inspection will be conducted.
