THE OPERATOR HAS FILLED OUT A TPHC FORM TO BE ABLE TO USE TIME AS A PUBLIC HEALTH CONTROL FOR THE CREAMER FOR UP TO 4 HRS AND AFTER THE 4 HRS HAVE PASSED, THE PRODUCT WILL BE DISCARDED.
