Chlorine in warewash machine measured at 0ppm. [CA] Ensure chlorine measures at 50ppm. [COS] PIC replaced chlorine and ensure it reached 50ppm concentration.

Observed employee smoking cigar while pouring beer for customer. [CA] Ensure employees are not smoking while handling food or drink. Please wash hands after handling cigar and before handling food or drink. [COS] PIC stopped smoking and washed hands.

No soap at handwash station. [CA] Ensure handwash stations are stocked with soap and paper towels at all times. [COS] PIC obtained dish soap as a temporary solution and will install a permanent soap dispenser tomorrow.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
