Observed used wiping towel on the top portion of the produce prep unit. [CA] Keep all used wiping towels in sanitizer between each use or in the dirty laundry bag if it will not be reused. [COS] The manager removed it.

Upon entry and attempting to wash my hands there were tomatoes in the hand washing sink and on the dish sink. [CA] Please do not place food in the hand washing sink nor on the dish washing sink. Keep the hand sink clear and accessible for use. [COS] The manager removed the ifood from the hand sink and from the dish sink.
