The only floor sink under in the facility was clogged, not draining, and had a foul odor. [CA] Food facility shall not operate if there is sewage overflowing or backing up in the food facility. The food facility, or impacted areas, shall remain closed until all plumbing problems have been corrected and all contaminated surfaces have been cleaned and sanitized. [COS] Permit holder contacted their plumber to arrive onsite and clear the clog.
The business had issues with hot or cold running water, plumbing, drains, backflow prevention, or sewage disposal. Some of these, like no hot water, can force a temporary closure until fixed.

1. Whipped Cream and cheesecake pieces in the cold hold unit measured at 55-59F at around 4:40 pm. Per staff, they moved it from the fridge around 1 pm. 2. Milk at the cart measured at 54F. Per staff, they removed it from the cooler about 20 minutes prior. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Items were moved back to the upright coolers in the back of house.
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.

Staff were observed skipping the sanitizing step of ware washing when washing blenders. Note: Facility only had "fresh scent" scented bleach intended for laundry available. [CA] Manual sanitization shall be accomplished in the final sanitizing rinse by contacting a chlorine solution of 100 PPM concentration for at least 30 seconds or by contacting a quaternary ammonium solution of 200 PPM concentration for at least 60 seconds. [COS] Permit holder arrived onsite and provided chlorine to sanitize properly. Blenders were sanitized.
