Observed sanitizer bucket in basin of handwash station. Paper towels were piled on an adjacent table instead of in dispenser. [CA] Keep handwashing stations clear, easily accessible, and fully stocked with handwash supplies at all times.

Two out of the three kitchen handwash stations were out of paper towels. [CA] Ensure soap and paper towel dispensers are fully stocked with supplies at all times. [COS] PIC put paper towels in dispensers during time of inspection.

Maintain the middle compartment for clean rinse water only, and the third compartment for sanitization. Remove raw chicken bin; thoroughly clean and sanitize middle compartment.
Observed build up of brown mold like substance on ice dispenser and nozzles of soda machine. [CA] Thoroughly clean and sanitize soda machine on a regular basis.
