HOT RUNNING WATER FOR HAND WASHING WAS MEASURED 85 F AND A FAUCET FOR MOP WATER WAS MEASURED 80 F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. Hand washing sink shall provide water at 100 f - 108 f.
