Observed plastic to go containers being stored in the bulk food bins to be used as scoops. [CA] Discontinue using this as a scoop and storing inside the bin. Use a scoop with a handle that can be stored with the handle not touching the food inside.

Observed the drain pipes in the far left back corner of the bakery in the floor sink. [CA] Raise the drain pipes so that they are not in the floor sink. Provide an air gap between the floor sink and drain pipe. Seems the pieces to raise them are there but on the floor.
