1. The flooring finishes in the bar, storage room, walk in cooler, and restroom are in disrepair. 2. The ceiling of the walk in cooler lacks an approved finish. [CA] All floor surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original unopened containers. Submit proposed material finishes to district specialist for approval or include in the plan check submittal.
