Inspector’s notes

Hard boil eggs, rice and yogurt placed on the counter without temperature control. Per PIC, food is prepared between 11:30am and noon. Per PIC, food is using TPHC. No time label observed at the time of inspection. [CA] When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, PHFs shall be time marked to indicate when item is removed from temperature control, discarded if not consumed or served within 4 hours, and written procedures shall be readily available for review. [COS] Employee provided time label for food items.

Education provided and owner took a picture of the chlorine test strip and will purchase.
