[CA] Manual sanitization shall be accomplished in the final sanitizing rinse by contacting a chlorine solution of 100 PPM concentration for at least 30 seconds or by contacting a quaternary ammonium solution of 200 PPM concentration for at least 60 seconds. [COS] Three compartment sink was set up, PIC used quaternary ammonia test strips to check the chlorine concentration, chlorine was added repeatedly. Inspector verified chlorine concentration at 200ppm. Sink was drained and refilled, chlorine added and measured with chlorine test strips at 100ppm.

Permit expired for facility on 05/31/2025. [CA] --48 HOUR NOTICE— Our records indicate this facility is operating without a valid permit and has a delinquent account. Your balance due is $1107.00.
