Sewage and wastewater properly disposed
Waste piping for handwash sink has been removed with a bucket underneath. Per PIC, they use it and discard the bucket when full. The plumbing is in the process of being fixed. [CA] Liquid waste shall be disposed of through the approved plumbing system and shall discharge into the public sewerage or into an approved private sewage disposal system. [SA] Facility will use the washing compartment of the three compartment sink to wash hands. A follow up inspection will occur in 24 hours. If hand wash sink is not operable, facility will be subject to further enforcement action that may include closure of facility.
The business had issues with hot or cold running water, plumbing, drains, backflow prevention, or sewage disposal. Some of these, like no hot water, can force a temporary closure until fixed.

Observed cutting board stored next to preparation sink that is heavily scored and stained. [CA] Surfaces of equipment such as cutting blocks and boards that are scratched and scored so that they can no longer be effectively be cleaned and sanitized shall be resurfaced or replaced.

No sign posted in restrooms instructing employees to wash their hands. [CA] A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be posted at all handwashing stations used by food employees.
