[CA] An approved, adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided. 2) Measured the maximum water temperature of the janitorial sink at 114F. [CA] Water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of 120F as measured from the faucet throughout facility.
