One dead cockroach observed on the wall behind a piece of tape by the sanitizer information next to the three compartment sink. No other signs of vermin activity observed in the kitchen. [CA] Food facility shall be kept free of vermin and vermin debris. Remove dead cockroach, clean, and sanitize affected area.
