The wall-mounted soap dispenser in the kitchen's handwash station was not working as well. [CA] Provide soap and paper towel supplies for the three compartment warewash sink immediately. Repair the paper towel dispenser of the kitchen immediately. The person in charge refilled the supplies in both the bar and kitchen handwash stations (COS).
