The salad bar is not holding food 41 degrees maximum. Holding the beets at 44 degrees and the cheese at 43 degrees. These temperatures are with ice in the unit. This unit must hold food at no higher than 41 degrees F.

Working utensils including the pizza slicers were stored on unclean surface. [CA] All reusable utensils must be stored in clean container/surface in between use. Compressed gas cylinders used for the soda dispenser were not chained to a secure stand. [CA] To prevent possible accident from falling compressed gas cylinder, all the cylinders must restrain to a secure stand.

[CA] All potentially hazardous foods like meat, seafood, poultry, dairy products, cooked vegetables, cooked cereals, greens, and diced tomatoes shall always be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. Please do not use the unit as a sole cold-holding unit. One small bin of cheese and six small bins of dressings were voluntarily condemned and destroyed by the owner (COS).
