Observed equipment stored in the only handwash sink during inspection. The soap and the paper towel dispenser were empty. [CA] Handwash sinks shall be fully accessible and stocked with soap and paper towels at all times. [SA] Restroom handsink available nearby. PIC cleared the handwash station and stocked dispensers.
