Grab n go cooler by register observed to not be on and measured to have: -Ambient temperature at 64F -Cut tomatoes in salad at 45F -Steak in salad at 44F Per employee PHFs were stocked inside grab n go cooler at 10:30AM (about 1.5 hours prior) and cooler observed to be on at time of stocking. [CA] Keep PHFs at 41F and below for cold holding. [COS] PHFs were moved to other grab n go cooler in corner.
