Observed accumulation of black and pink mold-like substance in the interior panels of the ice machine. Per PIC, facility is aware of the issue and is not currently using this ice machine. PIC stated ice machine was last cleaned four days ago and is currently under repair. [CA] Food contact surfaces shall be routinely cleaned and sanitized.

In the bar area, at the only hand wash sink in the facility, there was no soap available. [CA] Provide handwashing cleanser in dispenser at handwash stations at all times. [SA] PIC provided a pump bottle of soap for use.
