FOUND DEAD COCKROACHES IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ON THE FOOD PREP TABLE NEAR THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK, ON DISHES UNDER THE CENTER FOOD PREP TABLE, ON THE FOOD PREP TABLE AT THE SUSHI BAR. [CA] FOOD FACILITIES SHALL NOT HAVE ANY COCKROACHES ON THE PREMISES. REMOVE THE COCKROACHES, CLEAN THE FACILITY, MOVE THE EQUIPMENT TO CHECK AND SEAL ANY GAPS OR CREVICES ON THE WALLS, FLOORS AND CEILINGS WHERE THE COCKROACHES MAY BE ENTERING THE BUILDING. No hot water in facility. Hot water came from water heater from Seto Fish and Chips. Water temperature measured at 64F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks.
The business had issues with hot or cold running water, plumbing, drains, backflow prevention, or sewage disposal. Some of these, like no hot water, can force a temporary closure until fixed.
