Observed the following at the only kitchen handwash sink: - An open water pitcher (for drinking water) was stored inside the sink, making the sink unusable. - A table with water pitchers on top was placed directly in front of the handwash sink, obstructing it. - The paper towel dispenser was empty; an uncovered roll of paper towels was stored nearby. [CA] Do not store items inside the handwash sink. Do not place items in front of the handwash sink. Paper towels must be stocked inside the dispenser at all times. [COS] The water pitcher was removed. The table was moved away. Napkins were placed inside the paper towel dispenser.
