[CA] Food is adulterated if it bears or contains any poisonous or deleterious substance that may render it impure or injurious to health and shall be discarded immediately. [COS] Trail mix voluntarily discarded.

Observed gaps of larger than 1/4 inch in the following locations: 1. Below the warehouse man door 2. Below the left side roll up door of the non-food storage room 3. Below both roll up doors of the maintenance area [CA] Eliminate gap greater than 1/4" to prevent the entrance and harborage of vermin. Observed clutter, bricks and unused items stored behind the rear of the warehouse. [CA] The premises of a food facility shall be free of litter and items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the facility, such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used.
