Water at the only hand sink in the facility is not draining properly rendering the hand sink inoperable. [CA] All food facilities shall provide an operable handwashing station. [SA] Facility will have staff use the hand wash sink in the main kitchen located near the entrance of the facility. Repair within 24 hours.
