Lack mop rack for the outdoor janitorial sink. [CA] Mop rack or other devices not made available to hang and store cleaning tools. NOTE: After a remodel a Janitorial sink shall be located indoors.
The inspector found mice, rats, cockroaches, flies, or evidence of them (like droppings) inside the business, or conditions that could attract them. Pests can spread bacteria to food and surfaces, so this is treated as one of the more serious findings.

Empty paper towel dispenser. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers; heated-air hand drying device may be substituted for single-use towels. [COS] Chef refilled the paper towel dispenser Lack soap dispenser in the bar & restroom and pump soap in use. [CA] Provide hand washing cleanser in permanent dispenser at hand wash stations at all times.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

Leak observed at handwash sink drain line at bar. Bar currently using dump sink next to handwash sink as handwash station until handwash sink is repaired. [CA] Repair handwash sink drain line.
