[CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds. [SA] School provides prepackaged lunch to students from a vendor. No warewash activity done by school. School shall continue to provide prepackaged food only to the students. Bingo shall limit their menu to prepackaged food items only. Discontinue to preparing any open foods that require the use of warewash (wash, rinse, sanitize set up) until the water heater is repaired and hot water measures at 120F or above at two compartment sink.
