Measured water temperature holding at 67F at handwash station located at restroom (located straight from walkway). Per operator, hot water valve was off. [CA] Provide an adequate, pressurized, potable supply of warm water to be held between 100F - 108F. [COS] Operator turned on hot water valve, final reading above 100F.
