Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible
Observed the front handwash sink's soap dispenser was not consistently dispensing an adequate amount of soap. Throughout the inspection, observed employees utilizing only the rear handwash sink (located nearby) instead. [CA] Repair the soap dispenser so that it works consistently and doesn't discourage employees from its use. Note: PIC stated the issue is due to the pump tube not being long enough to reach the soap, and they have already ordered a new soap dispenser.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
