Hot and cold water available
Water measured 71F at both hand sinks, the prep sink, and the three compartment sink. Per staff, the water heater has been having issues. Staff states that a repairman came in yesterday but could not repair it, and stated that it may require a part replacement. Owner states that they have another appointment with a repairman scheduled for tomorrow. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. Ensure hot water heater is operable and maintained in good repair at all times. Facility must be capable of providing water at minimum 100F. *Note: If facility elects to replace the water heater and replacement is not like-for-like (same make, same model), contact DEH Plan Check for approval at dehplancheck@deh.sccgov.org

[CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. 2. Hand wash sink in the bathroom is capable of outputting a maximum water temperature of 96F. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds.
