Inspector’s notes
Ambient air of walk in fridge measured 52F at the beginning. After allowing walk in fridge to be closed for awhile, the ambient temperature dropped to 46F. Observed ice along the back of the fans in the walk in fridge. [CA] Refrigeration must be capable of maintaining PHFs at 41°F or below.
