Sanitizer not available in facility. Per PIC, they take items to Cafe A1 (in same area) to wash and sanitize dishes. [CA] Each food facility shall maintain sanitizer on site to be used for warewashing/disinfection as required. [SA] Sanitizer brought over from Cafe A1 for the time being. Per PIC, they will reach in out to Ecolab to place sanitizing dispensers.

Hot water measured 118F at three compartment sink after allowing water to run. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks.
