Demonstration of knowledge; food safety certification
The food safety manager certificate is not available for review. [CA] - At least one person shall maintain a valid food safety manager certificate. Keep certificate at facility available for review. The certified manager shall not be a certified manager for more than one facility. Spoke with manager, Bryn, on the phone, she stated a manager will be certified within 48 hours.
A required permit, food safety certificate, trained manager, or posted sign was missing or not current. These show the business is following the rules and has trained staff.
