There is not any hot water in the kitchen. According to the employee they are waiting on a part to come in for the hot water heater. [CA] The kitchen is not to be used for any food prep. According to the employee the kitchen is only used to store employee lunches. Call for a reinspection once the hot water is restored. The hand sink must reach 100 degrees F and the dish sink 120 degrees F.
The business had issues with hot or cold running water, plumbing, drains, backflow prevention, or sewage disposal. Some of these, like no hot water, can force a temporary closure until fixed.

The dish machine is not being kept up. The manager stated that it is available to use by employees if needed so it must be kept up properly. [CA] Refill the soap and rinse liquids and be sure the rinse water reaches 180 degrees on the gauge as it states on the machine for proper sanitization.
