[CA] Ensure facility floors and shelving are frequently cleaned and maintained to prevent harborage of vermin. In the back storage areas, observed an open vent from the roof entering into the area. Vent from the ceiling was not sealed. [CA] Ensure any entrances into the facility are properly finished and sealed to prevent an entrance for vermin.
