1. Observed a 1-2 inch hole inside the water heater storage room on the left hand side of the wall as you walk into the room. Additionally there's a large hole surrounding a plumbing fixture in the ceiling. 2. In the dry storage room area, there is a two door entry way with gaps that are about 3/4 inch in diameter on the bottom of the doors. 3. The mop is currently stored inside the dry storage area leaning against the wall. CA] Eliminate gap greater than 1/4" to prevent the entrance and harborage of vermin. [CA] Mop rack or other devices not made available to hang and store cleaning tools.
