At time of inspection, the floor sinks at the bar and the floor sink at the ice machine were backed up with standing water. [CA] Food facility shall not operate if there is a waste water back up in the food facility. The food facility, or impacted areas, shall remain closed until all plumbing problems have been corrected and all contaminated surfaces have been cleaned and sanitized. [COS] Employee cleared the back-up from all floor sinks and observed employee pour water down the sinks to ensure it was cleared.
