3-302.11Packaged and Unpackaged Food-Separation, Packaging, and Segregation (P) Observation: Raw shell eggs, uncooked bacon and raw beef were stored above ready-to-eat foods throughout the kitchen refrigerators. Code Citation: Raw eggs must be stored in a way to prevent cross-contamination of other foods. Correction: All raw food was relocated to the bottom shelf. Education provided.
