2. 2-102.12A Certified food protection manager Person in charge has an expired certified food protection manager training. The person in charge shall be a certified food protection manager, who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an accredited program. Person in charge will email certificate to inspector once course has been taken and passed.
