Food packages shall be in good condition and protect the integrity of the contents so that the food is not exposed to adulteration or potential contaminants. Operator voluntarily discarded nuts and chocolate that were exposed to dust, dirt, insects and other contaminates. Suggest using large lexan with lids, bins or other storage containers that protect the integrity of the food/ingredients.
