Keep handwashing sinks clear, nothing blocking access to sink. Corrected during inspection, person in charge re-located cart. Observed handwashing sinks in 2 public bathrooms lacking signage. 6-301.14 Handwashing Signage: A sign or poster that notifies FOOD EMPLOYEES to wash their hands shall be provided at all HANDWASHING SINKS and shall be clearly visible to FOOD EMPLOYEES. Corrected during inspection, inspector provided handwashing signage and person in charge affixed to wall above sinks.

Education provided, use test strips at chemical tower to check concentration of sanitizer. Operator agrees to test wiping cloth buckets using QUAT test strips reguarly.
