2-401.11 Observed a staff employee eating by the serving line during the lunch hour. An employee shall eat, drink, or only in designated areas where the contamination of exposed food, clean equipment, utensils, and linens; unwrapped single-service and single articles; or other items needing protection can not result. Talked to the staff and the kitchen manager about not eating during serving time in the kitchen. Employees shall only eat in designated areas.
