Discarded roughly around 420 lbs of vacuum sealed foods that included chicken stew, pork stew, duck stew, beef stew, quinoa, corn puree, squid, octopus and beef. Special processes such as vacuum sealing require HAACP plan approval from state. Discontinue vacuum sealing and submit for HAACP plan reviewal
