Maintain potentially hazardous foods in hot holding unit at or above 135 degrees F. 8 taquitos and 1 box of chicken nugget tenders voluntarily discarded into trash bin outside. Observed box of taquitos sitting on three-compartment sink at room temperature. Per manager, these were going to be discarded. Manager removed the taquitos from the three-compartment sink.

Observed soda nozzle with an accumulation of black slimy material and observed green material on clear plastic components where ice is dispensed from the sods dispensing machine. Wash, rinse and sanitize soda nozzles and plastic components where ice is dispensed.
