Redacción oficial (en inglés): Observed half and half on the counter at 55 degrees F that has been out since 7:30AM per employee. Observed a refrigerator under the espresso machine holding milks at 47 degrees F. Potentially hazardous foods must be kept at 41 degrees F or below or 135 degrees F or above. Half and half was discarded. All milks in the lower refrigerator were moved to the walk-in. Lower the temperature of this refrigerator to 41 degrees F.
