Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are cold held at 41 F or below or hot held at 135 F or above. All potentially hazardous foods relocated to a different unit measuring below 41 F. Service 6 door reach in refrigerator immediately to cold hold at 41 F or below. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in unit until repaired.
