Submit one set of plans, construction application, specification sheets for all new equipment, finish sample board, grease trap letter from the sanitary district and plan check fee of $1,314.00 for a minor remodel. The fee covers up to 8 hours of plan review. Additional fees of $207.00 per hour will be charged if plan review exceeds 8 hours. Submit all of the above by March 13, 2025.
