Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are cold held at 41 F or below. Per person in charge, foods were brought over from their market on 4th St at 10:30 AM. Instructed employee to relocate foods from on top of shelf into a refrigeration unit. Repeat violation. If violation persists, a case will be opened and cost recovery fees apply.
