El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Employee observed handle raw beef patty then directly proceed to handle ready to eat hamburger bread buns. Employee was stopped and instructed to wash hands. Employees/food handlers shall wash hands whenever handling raw, potentially hazardous foods (PHFS) to ready-to-eat (RTE) foods. Bread buns discarded during visit.
