Employee observed handle raw beef patty then directly proceed to handle ready to eat hamburger bread buns. Employee was stopped and instructed to wash hands. Employees/food handlers shall wash hands whenever handling raw, potentially hazardous foods (PHFS) to ready-to-eat (RTE) foods. Bread buns discarded during visit.
